More information on Open edition prints

Description

• To produce these open edition prints, the original pastel paintings are professionally photographed and reproduced on giclée archival paper: Hahnemühle Fine Art Photorag (matt finish). This paper has an archival life of at least 80 years, and is printed with ultra wide gamut inks (11 inks) at 2880 x 1440 dots per square inch (DPI). Paper weight is 308 gsm.

• These prints are not framed.

Sizes

• Please note that because sizes are shown in either cm or inch depending on the country of purchase, the sizing may be rounded up/down and it is highly recommended to only purchase the frame when the print has arrived.

• The first full size image is  a replica of the picture size selected, which depicts the outer boundary of the art work; this may be the same between the different sizes offered, but it may also vary slightly. This first image is a low resolution image.

The second full size image may not have the precise boundaries of the size selected but it shows the detail of the print (this is a high resolution image).

In other words, all prints will be printed in excellent high resolution but  the boundary may vary (as shown) depending on the size selected.

Borders

• A 1 cm white border is placed around the print.

• These borders are included in the quoted size of the canvas. ie, the actual printed picture for a 24 x 32" size will be 22 x 28".

Packaging and delivery

Signed prints will be posted to you in an envelope or rolled in a tube, depending on the size of the print.
