Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

Originals – Currently originals can only be bought directly through the website if the delivery address is within UK. If a proposed delivery address is outside the UK, please contact me via info@fionastansfieldfineart.com so that I can investigate and quote bespoke shipping arrangements that may be suitable. 

Shipping of prints via the website is limited to the following countries (also listed at checkout):

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), United States (USA).

If your country is not listed above and you would like to purchase a print, please contact me via my website and I can investigate a quote for postage and an approximate delivery time.

Shipping zones are applied at checkout once you have entered the delivery address and postal costs will be calculated and added to the final total.

U.S. and Canada print orders are fulfilled by a U.S. fine art print company.

UK and Europe print orders are fulfilled by a UK and a European fine art print company.

Australian print orders are fulfilled by an Australian fine art print company.

 

When will my purchase arrive?

Originals – Currently originals can only be bought directly through the website if the delivery address is within UK. Depending on where you live, this may take up to 10 days. The quickest option is to collect from my studio. Posting of small originals can take place within 3 days. Larger originals will need to be shipped by a courier and these can take up to 10 days.   

Open edition prints and canvas prints (stretched or rolled) should be delivered within 5-7 days as your print is hand made to order.

Limited edition prints take a little longer as they need to be produced, signed and then posted on to you. 

 

Can I track my Order?

Yes. All orders are given a tracking number so that you can follow your artwork from its carefully prepared shipment to your home!
