Returns & Refund Policy:

Original Pastel Paintings:

There is a 14-day return policy on all original paintings bought, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.

In order to consider any request for a return and refund, your purchase must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. In addition, you will need to provide the receipt or other proof of purchase.

 

Limited Edition Prints & Open Edition Prints

Stretch Canvas Prints & Rolled Canvas Prints:

Since all of my fine art prints (whether limited edition or open edition, stretch canvas or rolled canvas) are made to order with love and care, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or changes of mind as I do not hold stock. 

 

Greetings Cards & discounted / sale items:

No returns and refunds are available in relation to greetings cards or any sale / discounted items.

 

Shipping agents & suppliers:

As many of my art pieces are sent directly from a fine art printer, please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer or supplier on your shipping label. I cannot guarantee that your purchase will be received safely or returned to you, and this may result in the loss of your purchase.

 

Return and Refund requests:

To instigate a request for a return and refund in relation to an original painting, please contact me via my website within the 14-day timescale set out above.   If your request is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package within 7-days of acceptance of your request.   Any items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.   Any posting and insurance costs incurred in returning an original to me in accordance with my return instructions are the purchaser’s sole responsibility.

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 48-hours of receipt. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you have any return queries, you can always contact me for via my website.   Please note that my emails are not monitored 24-hours a day and there may be a short time delay before I pick up and respond to any email enquiries received.
